The number "572" in white ink appears on recto in what may be the hand of Antoin Sevruguin. The same number in the same location appears on the glass negative of this image in the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery Archives of the Smithsonian Institution.

A glass negative of this image is in the Myron Bement Smith collection of Antoin Sevruguin photographs located in the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery Archives, Smithsonian Institution, Washington D.C. The negative is a gift of Katherine Dennis Smith, 1973-1985 and has the reference number FSA A.4 2.12.GN.29.05.

 

A 225 mm x 165 mm gelatin silver print of this image is located in the Pitt Rivers Museum of the University of Oxford. The print has a reference number of 2008.7.28. The number "572" in white ink also appears on recto in the same location as the print in the Nelson collection.
