The image (not accredited to Antoin Sevruguin) also appears on page 447 of "Persia, Past and Present" by A. V. Williams Jackson (Professor of Indo-Iranian languages at Columbia University) and published by the Macmillian Company in New York in 1906. The photograph is entitled: "Peichanar, Between Kazvin and Resht".
